Suspected Infidelity. Confirmed.
Our client believed that his wife was having an affair while he was out working or on business trips. Stealth Investigative Agency started the investigation by setting up the surveillance of the Client's wife's activities and sure enough was able to establish her pattern throughout the day. By continuously surveying the Subject Stealth Investigative Agency was able to confirm that the Subject indeed was involved in the relationship with another male. After setting up covert surveillance in the Hotel lobby, the Investigator was able to obtain video confirmation of the Subject and the male entering the same Hotel room on several occasions.
RESULT: The client confronted his spouse with the video proof that she was entering the Hotel room with another male where they spent a number of hours together. The client filed for divorce and the evidence obtained by Stealth Investigative Agency was used in The Court of Law.
Primary Custody Changed for the Welfare of the minor Child.
Our Client suspected that the mother of his child was consuming alcohol, smoking marijuana, and neglecting the child by leaving him without adult supervision during the custodial time. Stealth Investigative Agency Investigators conducted a month long surveillance of the Subject's residence. The Investigators obtained video documentation of the Subject drinking alcohol, and documented negligence where the mother would just leave the 8 y. o. child playing outside without any adult supervision while she is out. No documentation was obtained from seeing the Subject smoke marijuana, however, videos and photographic evidence was obtained from close family members and friends smoking pot at the premises around the 8 y. o. child.
RESULT: The client was able to file for an emergency custody hearing and the Subject was ordered to take regular alcohol/ drug screenings and attend AA meetings. The Mother lost primary custody. The child is residing with the father while the mother has visitation rights.

Stealth Investigative Agency was retained to conduct an investigation on Client's partner in life that broke the relationship after being together for over 5 years. Client suspected that her partner was seeing someone else which led to the failure of the relationship. After surveying the Subject for two weeks it was determined that the Subject did not see any other female but simply did not want to stay in the relationship with the Client.
RESULT: The Client was able to move on with her life after realizing that indeed the relationship no longer existed. Client felt good that relationship ended for whatever reason, but her partner was loyal to her to the very end of it.
Investigating Cutody, but Confirming Infidelity.
Client retained Stealth Investigative Agency to conduct an investigation on her husband. Couple broke off and were fighting over custody of their two minor children. Husband was filing for full custody of the children without a good justification. Both parents agreed to share custody of their children until the final custody hearing which gave the father sufficient time to spend with children and allowed Stealth Investigative Agency to looked closer into Subject's behavior. After two months of continuous surveillance of the Subject during the custodial time when he had children in his possession, our Investigators were able to determine that the Subject spent little to no time with his children mostly leaving them in care of his family members. Video and photographic evidence was obtained documenting minor children being taken care of by grandparents during Subject's custodial time while Subject himself being out at bars consuming alcohol and dating multiple women at the same time. Looking closer into the Subject's busy personal life schedule Stealth Investigative Agency was able to discover and document that the Subject was living double life secreted from everyone in his life including his wife.
RESULT: All the evidence collected against the Subject was presented to the Subject's attorney. Subject dropped the Custody battle and settled the case where mother got to keep her children and father got visitation rights. In addition to that Subject Settled the divorce as well due to facing possible adultery charges.
